✧ Marriage of the man to his young daughter, and mentioning the differences in the words of the narrators regarding the story of Aisha, the mother of the believers, in that situation.

أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْثَرُ عَنْ مُطَرِّفٍ وَهُوَ ابْنُ طَرِيفٍ الْكُوفِيُّ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ أَبِي عُبَيْدَةَ قَالَ قَالَتْ

عَائِشَةُ «تَزَوَّجَنِي رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لِتِسْعِ سِنِينَ وَصَحِبْتُهُ تِسْعًا» خَالَفَهُ إِسْرَائِيلُ فِي إِسْنَادِهِ وَمَتْنِهِ

Translation

✧ Aisha ( ؓ ) said: "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ married me when I was nine years old, and I lived with him for nine years." Israel disagreed with him in its chain and text.
