أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا شَبَابَةُ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ عَنْ خَالِهِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ

عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «إِذَا سَكِرَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ ثُمَّ إِنْ سَكِرَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ ثُمَّ إِنْ سَكِرَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ» ثُمَّ قَالَ الرَّابِعَةَ «فَاضْرِبُوا عُنُقَهُ»

✧ From the Messenger of Allah ﷺ: “When he becomes drunk, flog him. Then if he becomes drunk, flog him. Then if he becomes drunk, flog him.” Then he said the fourth time: “Strike his neck.”
