أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا جَرِيرٌ عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي نُعْمٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ وَنَفَرٍ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ مُحَمَّدٍ ﷺ قَالُوا

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَنْ شَرِبَ الْخَمْرَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ ثُمَّ إِنْ شَرِبَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ ثُمَّ إِنْ شَرِبَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ ثُمَّ إِنْ شَرِبَ فَاقْتُلُوهُ»

Translation

  5. Ibn ʿUmar And Nafar from Aṣḥāb Muḥammad ﷺ Qālūā

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “Whoever drinks wine, flog him. Then if he drinks, flog him. Then if he drinks, flog him. Then if he drinks, kill him.”
