أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ بْنِ خَالِدٍ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «مَنْ بَاعَ عَبْدًا وَلَهُ مَالٌ» فَذَكَرَ مِثْلَ حَدِيثِ ابْنِ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ

Translation

  2. Muʿādh b. Hishām from my father
  3. Qatādah
  4. ʿIkrimah b. Khālid
  5. al-Zuhrī
  6. Ibn ʿUmar

✧ On the authority of the Prophet ﷺ, he said: "Whoever sells a slave who has property..." and he mentioned the like of the hadith of Ibn 'Uyaynah from al-Zuhri.
