✧ The remembrance of the servant leads to his liberation and wealth.

أَخْبَرَنَا هِلَالُ بْنُ الْعَلَاءِ بْنِ هِلَالٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ عَنْ عُمَرَ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَنِ ابْتَاعَ نَخْلًا مُؤَبَّرًا فَثَمَرَتُهُ لِلْبَائِعِ الْأَوَّلِ إِلَّا أَنْ يَشْتَرِطَ الْمُبْتَاعُ وَمَنْ بَاعَ عَبْدًا وَلَهُ مَالٌ فَمَالُهُ لِلْبَائِعِ إِلَّا أَنْ يَشْتَرِطَ الْمُبْتَاعُ»

Translation

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Whoever buys a palm tree that has been pollinated, its fruit belongs to the first seller, unless the buyer stipulates otherwise. And whoever sells a slave who has property, his property belongs to the seller, unless the buyer stipulates otherwise."
