أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْأَعْلَى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ عَنِ ابْنِ عَوْنٍ عَنْ نَافِعٍ أَنَّ عُمَرَ «§قَضَى فِي مَالِ الْعَبْدِ لِسَيِّدِهِ إِلَّا

أَنْ يَشْتَرِطَ الْمُشْتَرِي»
