أَخْبَرَنَا حُمَيْدُ بْنُ مَسْعَدَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْوَهَّابِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ وَنَافِعٍ قَالَا أَخْبَرَنَا رَافِعُ بْنُ خَدِيجٍ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ «نَهَى عَنْ كِرَاءِ الْأَرْضِ» قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ وَرَوَاهُ ابْنُ عُمَرَ عَنْ رَافِعِ بْنِ خَدِيجٍ وَاخْتُلِفَ عَلَى عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ فِي رِوَايَتِهِ عَنْهُ فِيهِ

Translation

Chain of narrators
  1. Ḥumayd b. Masʿadah
  2. ʿAbd al-Wahhāb
  3. Hishām
  4. Muḥammad And Nāfiʿ
  5. Rāfiʿ b. Khadīj

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade leasing land. Abu Abd al-Rahman said: Ibn Umar narrated it from Rafi' b. Khadij, and there is disagreement on Amr b. Dinar in his narration from him concerning it.
