أَخْبَرَنَا هَارُونُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُجَاعُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي زِيَادُ بْنُ خَيْثَمَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ شُرَيْحِ بْنِ النُّعْمَانِ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ

عَنْ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «لَا يُضَحَّى بمُدَابَرَةٍ وَلَا مُقَابَلَةٍ وَلَا شَرْقَاءَ وَلَا خَرْقَاءَ وَلَا عَوْرَاءَ»

✧ From the Messenger of Allah ﷺ that he said: “Do not sacrifice a mudabarah (one with the back of its ear cut), nor a muqabalah (one with the front of its ear cut), nor a sharqa’ (one with its ear split), nor a kharqa’ (one with its ear pierced), nor a one-eyed animal.”
