✧ Preventing the False Messiah from Entering the City

أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَاحِدِ عَنِ الْأَوْزَاعِيِّ عَنْ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي طَلْحَةَ عَنْ أَنَسٍ

عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «لَيْسَ بَلَدٌ إِلَّا سَيَطَؤُهُ الدَّجَّالُ إِلَّا الْمَدِينَةَ وَمَكَّةَ عَلَى كُلِّ نَقْبٍ مِنْ أَنْقَابِ الْمَدِينَةِ الْمَلَائِكَةُ صَافِّينَ يَحْرُسُونَهَا فَيَنْزِلُ السَّبَخَةَ فَتَرْجُفُ الْمَدِينَةُ ثَلَاثَ رَجَفَاتٍ يَخْرُجُ إِلَيْهِ مِنْهَا كُلُّ مُنَافِقٍ وَكَافِرٍ»

Translation

✧ From the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, who said: “There is no land except that the Dajjāl will tread it, except Madinah and Makkah. At every mountain pass of Madinah there are angels in rows guarding it. He will stop at the salt marsh, and Madinah will shake with three tremors, and every hypocrite and disbeliever in it will come out to him.”
