أَخْبَرَنَا سَلَمَةُ بْنُ شَبِيبٍ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ خَالِدٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ مَعْمَرًا عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ وَهُوَ فِي سُوقِ الْحَزْوَرَةِ بِمَكَّةَ «وَاللهِ إِنَّكَ لَخَيْرُ أَرْضِ اللهِ وَأَحَبُّ الْبِلَادِ إِلَى اللهِ وَلَوْلَا أَنِّي أُخْرِجْتُ مِنْكِ مَا خَرَجْتُ»

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, while in the market of al-Ḥazwarah in Makkah, "By Allah, you are the best of Allah's land and the most beloved of lands to Allah. Had I not been driven out from you, I would not have left."
