أَخْبَرَنِي عِمْرَانُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعَيْبُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي حُسْنُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ أَنَّ مُجَاهِدًا أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّ عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنَ أَبِي لَيْلَى أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّ عَلِيَّ بْنَ أَبِي طَالِبٍ
أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ أَمَرَهُ «أَنْ يَقُومَ عَلَى بُدْنِهِ وَأَمَرَهُ أَنْ يَقْسِمَ بُدْنَهُ كُلَّهَا لُحُومَهَا وَجُلُودَهَا وَجِلَالَهَا فِي الْمَسَاكِينِ وَلَا يُعْطِي فِي جِزَارَتِهَا مِنْهَا شَيْئًا» قُلْتُ لِلْحَسَنِ هَلْ سَمَّى فِيمَنْ يُقْسَمُ ذَلِكَ؟ قَالَ لَا

✧ He informed him that the Messenger of God ﷺ commanded him "to take care of his sacrificial camels, and commanded him to distribute all of his sacrificial camels—their meat, their hides, and their saddle blankets—among the poor, and not to give anything of them for their slaughtering." I said to al-Hasan: Did he specify to whom it should be distributed? He said: No.
