أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ سَعِيدِ بْنِ كَثِيرِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ الْحِمْصِيُّ عَنِ الْوَلِيدِ هُوَ ابْنُ مُسْلِمٍ الدِّمَشْقِيُّ عَنْ مَالِكٍ عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ لَمَّا انْتَهَى إِلَى مَقَامِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَرَأَ {وَاتَّخِذُوا مِنْ مَقَامِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ مُصَلًّى} [البقرة 125] فَصَلَّى رَكْعَتَيْنِ فَقَرَأَ فَاتِحَةَ الْكِتَابِ وَقُلْ يَا أَيُّهَا الْكَافِرُونَ وَقُلْ هُوَ اللهُ أَحَدٌ ثُمَّ عَادَ إِلَى الرُّكْنِ فَاسْتَلَمَهُ ثُمَّ خَرَجَ إِلَى الصَّفَا

✧ When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ reached the Maqam of Ibrahim, he recited {And take the Maqam of Ibrahim as a place of prayer} [al-Baqarah: 125], then prayed two rak'ahs, reciting the Opening of the Book, and "Say: O disbelievers," and "Say: He is Allah, the One." Then he returned to the Corner and touched it, then went out to al-Safa.
