أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ أَبُو حَفْصٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى يَعْنِي ابْنَ سَعِيدٍ الْقَطَّانَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي السَّائِبُ بْنُ عُمَرَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ السَّائِبِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُودُ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ وَيُقِيمُهُ

عَنِ الشُّقَّةِ الثَّالِثَةِ مِمَّا يَلِي الرُّكْنَ الَّذِي يَلِي الْحَجَرَ مِمَّا يَلِي الْبَابَ فَقَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ أَمَا أُنْبِئْتَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ كَانَ يُصَلِّي هَاهُنَا؟ فَيَقُولُ نَعَمْ فَيَقُومُ فَيُصَلِّي

✧ About the third section next to the corner that is next to the Black Stone, next to the door. Ibn Abbas said, 'Were you not told that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to pray here?' He said, 'Yes,' and he stood and prayed.
