أَخْبَرَنَا شُعَيْبُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ النَّسَائِيُّ وَأَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ حَجَّاجٍ الصَّوَّافِ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ الْحَجَّاجِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَنْ كُسِرَ أَوْ عَرِجَ فَقَدْ حَلَّ وَعَلَيْهِ الْحَجُّ مِنْ قَابِلٍ» وَسَأَلْتُ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ وَأَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ فَقَالَا صَدَقَ وَاللَّفْظُ لِشُعَيْبٍ

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever breaks a bone or becomes lame has exited ihram, and he owes the Hajj from the coming year." And I asked Ibn 'Abbas and Abu Hurayrah, and they both said, "He spoke the truth," and the wording is that of Shu'ayb.
