أَخْبَرَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الدَّوْرَقِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا حُمَيْدٌ الطَّوِيلُ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا بَكْرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْمُزَنِيُّ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَنَسًا يُحَدِّثُ قَالَ

سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ يُلَبِّي بِالْعُمْرَةِ وَالْحَجِّ جَمِيعًا فَحَدَّثْتُ بِذَلِكَ ابْنَ عُمَرَ فَقَالَ لَبَّى بِالْحَجِّ وَحْدَهُ فَلَقِيتُ أَنَسًا فَحَدَّثْتُهُ بِقَوْلِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ فَقَالَ أَنَسٌ مَا تَعُدُّونَا إِلَّا صِبْيَانًا سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «لَبَّيْكَ عُمْرَةً وَحَجًّا مَعًا»

✧ I heard the Prophet ﷺ pronouncing the talbiyah for ʿUmrah and Ḥajj together. I mentioned that to Ibn ʿUmar, and he said: 'He pronounced the talbiyah for Ḥajj alone.' Then I met Anas and told him what Ibn ʿUmar said. Anas said: 'Do you consider us only children? I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: "Labbayka ʿUmratan wa Ḥajjan maʿan (Here I am for ʿUmrah and Ḥajj together)."'
