أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْأَعْلَى الصَّنْعَانِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ الْحَارِثِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي حُمَيْدُ بْنُ هِلَالٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ مُطَرِّفًا يَقُولُ قَالَ

لِي عِمْرَانُ بْنُ حَصِينٍ «جَمَعَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بَيْنَ حَجٍّ وَعُمْرَةٍ ثُمَّ تُوُفِّيَ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَنْهَى عَنْهُ وَقَبْلَ أَنْ يَنْزِلَ الْقُرْآنُ فَيُحَرِّمَهُ»

✧ ʿImran b. Husayn said to me: "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ combined Hajj and ʿUmrah, then he passed away before he forbade it and before the Quran was revealed to make it unlawful."
