al-Sunan al-Kubra (al-Nasa'i) 3499

✧ In the slave, he remains in the land of polytheism, and the mention of the differences in the words of the narrators of Jarir's news in that difference in al-Sha'bi.

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ قُدَامَةَ عَنْ جَرِيرٍ عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ كَانَ جَرِيرٌ يُحَدِّثُ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ «إِذَا أَبَقَ الْعَبْدُ لَمْ تُقْبَلْ لَهُ صَلَاةٌ وَإِنْ مَاتَ مَاتَ كَافِرًا» وَأَبَقَ غُلَامٌ لِجَرِيرٍ فَأَخَذَهُ فَضَرَبَ عُنُقَهُ

Translation

✧ From the Prophet ﷺ: "If a slave runs away, no prayer is accepted from him, and if he dies, he dies a disbeliever." A servant boy of Jarir ran away, so he caught him and struck his neck.
