al-Sunan al-Kubra (al-Nasa'i) 3498

✧ In the slave, he remains in the land of polytheism, and the mention of the differences in the words of the narrators of Jarir's news in that difference in al-Sha'bi.

أَخْبَرَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ غَيْلَانَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ عَنْ جَرِيرٍ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «إِذَا أَبَقَ الْعَبْدُ لَمْ تُقْبَلْ لَهُ صَلَاةٌ حَتَّى يَرْجِعَ إِلَى مَوَالِيهِ»
