✧ The Killing of Whoever Leaves the Collective Group, and the Mention of Disagreements Regarding Ziyad b. 'Alaqa's News in Arfajah.

أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا زِيَادُ بْنُ عِلَاقَةَ عَنْ عَرْفَجَةَ قَالَ

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «إِنَّهَا سَتَكُونُ هَنَاتٌ وَهَنَاتٌ فَمَنْ أَرَادَ أَنْ يُفَرِّقَ أَمْرَ أُمَّةِ مُحَمَّدٍ ﷺ وَهُوَ جَمِيعٌ فَاضْرِبُوهُ بِالسَّيْفِ»

Translation

✧ I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: “There will be troubles and more troubles. Whoever wants to divide the affair of the community of Muhammad ﷺ while it is united, strike him with the sword.”
