أَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ الْهَيْثَمِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ مَسْعَدَةَ عَنْ هِشَامٍ عَنْ حَفْصَةَ عَنِ الرَّبَابِ عَنْ سَلْمَانَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ قَالَ
«إِذَا كَانَ أَحَدُكُمْ صَائِمًا فَلْيُفْطِرْ عَلَى تَمْرٍ فَإِنْ لَمْ يَجِدْ تَمْرًا فَلْيُفْطِرْ عَلَى مَاءٍ فَإِنَّ الْمَاءَ هُوَ الطَّهُورُ»

machine translationʿAbdullāh b. al-Haytham informed me, saying: Ḥammād narrated to us, from Hishām, who said: ʿĀṣim narrated to me this ḥadīth, attributing it to the Prophet ﷺ.
