✧ The sin of whoever breaks fast before the time of breaking fast, and the mention of the disagreement among narrators about the narration of Abu Hurairah in that disagreement, with Sufyan.

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى وَعَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ثُمَّ ذَكَرَ كَلِمَةَ مَعْنَاهَا عَنْ حَبِيبٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو الْمُطَوِّسِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَنْ أَفْطَرَ يَوْمًا مِنْ رَمَضَانَ مِنْ غَيْرِ رُخْصَةٍ وَلَا مَرَضٍ لَمْ يَقْضِ عَنْهُ صِيَامُ الدَّهْرِ وَإِنْ صَامَهُ»
