أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْأَزْهَرِ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا فِطْرٌ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ قَالَ كُنَّا
نَسْمَعُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «أَفْطَرَ الْحَاجِمُ وَالْمُسْتَحْجِمُ» قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ لَيْثُ بْنُ أَبِي سُلَيْمٍ لَا يُحْتَجُّ بِحَدِيثِهِ وَقَدْ رُوِيَ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ خِلَافُ هَذَا
Translation

✧ We hear that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “The cupper and the one cupped have broken the fast.” Abu Abd al-Rahman said: Layth b. Abi Sulaym is not relied upon for his hadith, and something contrary to this has been narrated from Ata from Ibn Abbas.
