أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ فَضَالَةَ النَّسَائِيُّ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ سُلَيْمٍ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ مَوْلَى بَنِي عَامِرٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ مَرَّ بِرَجُلٍ يَحْتَجِمُ فِي رَمَضَانَ صَبِيحَةَ ثَمَانَ عَشْرَةَ فَقَالَ «أَفْطَرَ الْحَاجِمُ وَالْمَحْجُومُ» قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ هَذَا حَدِيثٌ مُنْكَرٌ وَإِنِّي أَحْسَبُ ابْنَ جُرَيْجٍ لَمْ يَسْمَعْهُ مِنْ صَفْوَانَ

✧ The Prophet ﷺ passed by a man being cupped in Ramadan on the morning of the eighteenth and said: "The cupper and the one cupped have broken the fast." Abu Abd al-Rahman said: This is a rejected hadith, and I think Ibn Jurayj did not hear it from Safwan.
