أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حَاتِمٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا حِبَّانُ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ أَبِي سُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ فِي الرَّجُلِ يَقِيءُ وَهُوَ صَائِمٌ قَالَ «§إِنْ كَانَ اسْتَقَاءَ فَعَلَيْهِ
أَنْ يَقْضِيَ وَإِنْ كَانَ ذَرَعَهُ الْقَيْءُ وَهُوَ صَائِمٌ فَلَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ الْقَضَاءُ»
Translation
