أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ الرُّهَاوِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكُ بْنُ مِغْوَلٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ الْحَكَمَ بْنَ عُتيَبةَ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ هِشَامٍ قَالَ دَخَلْتُ عَلَى عَائِشَةَ فَقَالَتْ
لَقَدْ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «يَخْرُجُ إِلَى صَّلَاةِ الْغَدَاةَ وَإِنَّ رَأْسَهُ يَقْطُرُ مِنَ الْغُسْلِ ثُمَّ يُصْبِحُ صَائِمًا» فَذَكَرَهُ أَبِي لِمَرْوَانَ فَقَالَ لَتَذْهَبَنَّ إِلَى أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ حَتَّى تُخْبِرَهُ فَقَالَ أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ هُوَ كَمَا قَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ would go out to the dawn prayer while his head was dripping from the ritual bath, then he would enter the morning fasting. My father mentioned it to Marwan, who said, 'You must go to Abu Hurayrah and inform him.' Abu Hurayrah said, 'It is as 'A'ishah said.'
