al-Sunan al-Kubra (al-Nasa'i) 2930

✧ The fasting of the living from the dead and mentioning the disagreement of those who transmit the news in it.

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْأَعْلَى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ وَهُوَ ابْنُ زُرَيْعٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجٌ الْأَحْوَلُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ بْنُ مُوسَى عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ أَبِي رَبَاحٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ «§لَا يُصَلِّي أَحَدٌ عَنْ أَحَدٍ وَلَا يَصُومُ أَحَدٌ

عَنْ أَحَدٍ وَلَكِنْ يُطْعِمُ عَنْهُ مَكَانَ كُلِّ يَوْمٍ مُدًّا مِنْ حِنْطَةٍ»
