أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الصَّاغانِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا صَالِحٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ شِهَابٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ «بَعَثَ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ حُذَافَةَ يَطُوفُ فِي مِنًى أَنْ لَا تَصُومُوا هَذِهِ الْأَيَّامَ فَإِنَّهَا أَيَّامُ أَكْلٍ وَشُرْبٍ وَذِكْرِ اللهِ» قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ صَالِحٌ هَذَا هُوَ ابْنُ أَبِي الْأَخْضَرِ وَحَدِيثُهُ هَذَا خَطَأٌ لَا نَعْلَمُ أَحَدًا قَالَ فِي هَذَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ الْمُسَيَّبِ غَيْرَ صَالِحٍ وَهُوَ كَثِيرُ الْخَطَأِ ضَعِيفُ الْحَدِيثِ فِي الزُّهْرِيِّ وَنَظِيرُهُ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي حَفْصَةَ وَكِلَاهُمَا ضَعِيفٌ وَرُوحُ بْنُ عُبَادَةَ لَيْسَ بِالْقَوِيِّ عندنا

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ “sent Abdullah b. Hudhafah to go around in Mina: ‘Do not fast these days, for they are days of eating, drinking, and remembrance of Allah.’” Abu Abd al-Rahman said: This Salih is Ibn Abi al-Akhdar, and this hadith of his is a mistake. We do not know anyone who said in this that Sa'id b. al-Musayyab reported it other than Salih, and he makes many mistakes and is weak in hadith from al-Zuhri. Similar to him is Muhammad b. Abi Hafsah, and both are weak. Ruh b. Ubadah is not strong according to us.
