✧ Prohibition of fasting on the days of Tashreeq, and mentioning the differences of the narrators regarding this difference on Sulaiman bin Yassar.

أَخْبَرَنَا هَنَّادُ بْنُ السَّرِيِّ عَنْ عَبْدَةَ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ عَنْ حَمْزَةَ الْأَسْلَمِيِّ

أَنَّهُ رَأَى رَجُلًا يَتْبَعُ رِحَالَ النَّاسِ بِمِنًى أَيَّامَ التَّشْرِيقِ عَلَى جَمَلٍ يَقُولُ «أَلَا لَا تَصُومُوا هَذِهِ الْأَيَّامَ فَإِنَّهَا أَيَّامُ أَكْلٍ وَشُرْبٍ وَرَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بَيْنَ أَظْهُرِهِمْ» خَالَفَهُ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ وَسَالِمٌ أَبُو النَّضْرِ

✧ He saw a man going around the people’s baggage at Mina during the days of Tashreeq on a camel saying: “Indeed, do not fast these days, for they are days of eating and drinking, and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ is among you.” Abdullah b. Abi Bakr and Salim Abu al-Nadr disagreed with him.
