أَخْبَرَنِي زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ يَحْيَى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَبِي نَضْرَةَ وَعَنْ بِشْرِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ «نَهَى عَنْ صَوْمِ يَوْمِ الْفِطْرِ وَيَوْمِ النَّحْرِ» قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بِشْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ ضَعِيفٌ وَإِنَّمَا أَخْرَجْنَاهُ لِعِلَّةِ الْحَدِيثِ وَالصَّوَابُ حَدِيثُ سَعِيدٍ وَهِشَامٍ وَاللهُ أَعْلَمُ

Translation

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade fasting on the day of Fitr and the day of sacrifice. Abu Abd al-Rahman said: Bishr b. Harb is weak, and we included this only due to the defect in the hadith. The correct view is the hadith of Sa'id and Hisham, and Allah knows best.
