أَخْبَرَنَا حُسَيْنُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُبَشِّرُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَسَّانُ بْنُ نُوحٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ بُسْرٍ
أَنَّهُ قَالَ تَرَوْنَ يَدِي هَذِهِ؟ قَدْ بَايَعَتْ بِهَا رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ وَسَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ «لَا تَصُومُوا يَوْمَ السَّبْتِ إِلَّا فَرِيضَةً فَإِنْ لَمْ يَجِدْ أَحَدُكُمْ إِلَّا لِحَاءَ شَجَرَةٍ فَلْيُفْطِرْ عَلَيْهَا»
Translation

✧ He said: “Do you see this hand of mine? I pledged allegiance to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ with it, and I heard him say: ‘Do not fast on Saturday except what is obligatory. If one of you finds nothing but the bark of a tree, let him break his fast with it.’”
