الْحَارِثُ بْنُ مِسْكِينٍ قِرَاءَةً عَلَيْهِ عَنِ ابْنِ الْقَاسِمِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ

عَنْ عَائِشَةَ وَحَفْصَةَ مثل «لَا يَصُومُ إِلَّا مَنْ أَجْمَعَ الصِّيَامَ قَبْلَ الْفَجْرِ» قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ وَرَوَاهُ نَافِعٌ عَن ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَوْلَهُ إِنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ لَا يَصُومُ إِلَّا مَنْ أَجْمَعَ الصِّيَامَ قَبْلَ الْفَجْرِ

✧ From Aishah and Hafsah, similar: "No one fasts except one who has resolved to fast before dawn." Abu Abd al-Rahman said: And Nafi' narrated it from Ibn Umar as his statement that he used to say: "No one fasts except one who has resolved to fast before dawn."
