أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الطَّالْقانيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ عَنْ أَبِي مَسْلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِي نَضْرَةَ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ قَالَ

«كُنَّا نُسَافِرُ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَمِنَّا الصَّائِمُ وَمِنَّا الْمُفْطِرُ وَلَا يَعِيبُ الصَّائِمُ عَلَى الْمُفْطِرِ وَلَا الْمُفْطِرُ عَلَى الصَّائِمِ»

Translation

✧ "We used to travel with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. Some of us would fast and some of us would not fast, and neither the fasting person would find fault with the one not fasting, nor the one not fasting with the fasting person."
