✧ The position of the clothes in the wardrobe

أَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ خَالِدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي حَجَّاجٌ قَالَ قَالَ ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ

أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ جَابِرًا يَقُولُ «خَطَبَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فَذَكَرَ رَجُلًا مِنْ أَصْحَابِهِ مَاتَ فَقُبِرَ لَيْلًا وَكُفِّنَ فِي كَفَنٍ غَيْرِ طَائِلٍ فَزَجَرَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَنْ يُقْبَرَ إِنْسَانٌ لَيْلًا إِلَّا أَنْ يُضْطَرَّ إِلَى ذَلِكَ»

Translation

✧ He heard Jabir saying: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ gave a sermon and mentioned a man from his companions who had died and was buried at night, and wrapped in a shroud that was not ample. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ rebuked that any person be buried at night unless compelled to do so.
