✧ The Prayer of Fear.

أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ حَدَّثَ جَابِرٍ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ «صَلَّى بِأَصْحَابِهِ صَلَاةَ الْخَوْفِ فَصَلَّتْ طَائِفَةٌ مَعَهُ وَطَائِفَةٌ وجُوهُهُمْ قِبَلَ الْعَدُوِّ فَصَلَّى بِهِمْ رَكْعَتَيْنِ ثُمَّ قَامُوا مَقَامَ الْآخَرِينَ وَجَاءَ الْآخَرُونَ فَصَلَّى بِهِمْ رَكْعَتَيْنِ ثُمَّ سَلَّمَ»

Translation

✧ That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ "prayed the fear prayer with his companions. One group prayed with him while another group faced the enemy. He prayed two rakʿahs with them. Then they stood in the place of the others, and the others came, and he prayed two rakʿahs with them, then said the salam."
