أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ مَالِكٍ عَنْ ضَمْرَةَ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ
أَنَّ الضَّحَّاكَ بْنَ قَيْسٍ سَأَلَ النُّعْمَانَ بْنَ بَشِيرٍ بِمَاذَا كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يَقْرَأُ فِي الْجُمُعَةِ عَلَى إِثْرِ سُورَةِ الْجُمُعَةِ؟ قَالَ كَانَ يَقْرَأُ {هَلْ أَتَاكَ حَدِيثُ الْغَاشِيَةِ} [الغاشية 1]

✧ Al-Dahhak b. Qays asked al-Nu'man b. Bashir: "With what did the Messenger of Allah ﷺ recite on Friday after Surah al-Jumu'ah?" He said: "He would recite: 'Has the news of the Overwhelming Event reached you?' (Quran 88:1)."
