أَخْبَرَنِي مَحْمُودُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ يَعْنِي ابْنَ عَبْدِ الْوَاحِدِ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ يَحْيَى بْنَ الْحَارِثِ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَبِي الْأَشْعَثِ الصَّنْعَانِيِّ عَنْ أَوْسِ بْنِ أَوْسٍ الثَّقَفِيِّ
عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «مِنْ غَسَّلَ وَاغْتَسَلَ ثُمَّ ابْتَكَرَ وَغَدَا وَدَنَا مِنَ الْإِمَامِ وَأَنْصَتَ ثُمَّ لَمْ يَلْغُ كَانَ لَهُ بِكُلِّ خَطْوَةٍ كَأَجْرِ سَنَةٍ صِيَامُهَا وَقِيَامُهَا»

✧ From the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, he said: "Whoever washes and performs ghusl, then comes early and goes, draws near to the imam and listens, then does not engage in idle talk, for every step he has the reward of a year, its fasting and its standing."
