أَخْبَرَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ حَبِيبِ بْنِ عَرَبِيٍّ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ السَّائِبِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو قَالَ
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «خُلَّتَانِ لَا يُحْصِيهُمَا رَجُلٌ مُسْلِمٌ إِلَّا دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ وَهُمَا يَسِيرٌ وَمَنْ يَعْمَلْ بِهِمَا قَلِيلٌ» قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «الصَّلَوَاتُ الْخَمْسُ يُسَبِّحُ اللهَ أَحَدُكُمْ فِي دُبُرِ كُلِّ صَلَاةٍ عَشْرًا وَيَحْمَدُ عَشْرًا وَيُكَبِّرُ عَشْرًا فَهِيَ خَمْسُونَ وَمِائَةٌ عَلَى اللِّسَانِ وَأَلْفٌ وَخَمْسُمِائَةٌ فِي الْمِيزَانِ» فَأَنَا رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَعْقِدُهُنَّ بِيَدِهِ «فَإِذَا أَوَى أَحَدُكُمْ إِلَى فِرَاشِهِ أَوْ مَضْجَعِهِ سَبَّحَ ثَلَاثًا وَثَلَاثِينَ وَحَمِدَ ثَلَاثًا وَثَلَاثِينَ وَكَبَّرَ أَرْبَعًا وَثَلَاثِينَ فَهِيَ مِائَةٌ عَلَى اللِّسَانِ وَأَلْفٌ فِي الْمِيزَانِ» قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «فَأَيُّكُمْ يَعْمَلُ فِي كُلِّ يَوْمٍ وَلَيْلَةٍ بِأَلْفَيْنِ وَخَمْسُمِائَةِ سَيِّئَةٍ» قِيلَ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ وَكَيْفَ لَا نُحْصِيهُمَا؟ قَالَ إِنَّ الشَّيْطَانَ يَأْتِي أَحَدَكُمْ وَهُوَ فِي صَلَاتِهِ فَيَقُولُ اذْكُرْ كَذَا اذْكُرْ كَذَا وَيَأْتِيهِ عِنْدَ مَنَامِهِ فَيُنِيمُهُ

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Two qualities that no Muslim man counts except that he enters Paradise, and they are easy, but few people practice them.' He said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'The five prayers: each of you glorifies Allah ten times after every prayer, praises Him ten times, and magnifies Him ten times. That is one hundred and fifty on the tongue and one thousand five hundred on the scale.' I saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ counting them with his hand. 'When one of you goes to his bed or his resting place, he glorifies thirty-three times, praises thirty-three times, and magnifies thirty-four times. That is one hundred on the tongue and one thousand on the scale.' He said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Which of you commits two thousand five hundred bad deeds every day and night?' It was said: 'O Messenger of Allah, how can we not count them?' He said: 'Satan comes to one of you while he is in his prayer and says: Remember such-and-such, remember such-and-such, and he comes to him at his sleep and puts him to sleep.'
