عَنْ عَمْرو بْنِ يَزِيدَ عَنْ سَيْفِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ وَكَانَ ثِقَة عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ عَيَّارٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْن عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ
قُلْنَا يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ هَلْ نَرَى رَبَّنَا؟ قَالَ «هَل تَرَوْنَ الشَّمْسَ فِي يَوْمٍ لَا غَيْمَ فِيهِ وَتَرَوْنَ الْقَمَرَ فِي لَيْلَةٍ لَا غَيْمَ فِيهَا؟» قُلْنَا نَعَمْ قَالَ «فَإِنَّكُمْ سَتَرَوْنَ رَبِّكُمْ»
Translation

✧ We said: O Messenger of God, will we see our Lord? He said: “Do you see the sun on a day with no clouds, and do you see the moon on a night with no clouds?” We said: Yes. He said: “Then you will surely see your Lord.”
