عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَن مُسْلِمِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ هَمَّامِ بْنِ يَحْيَى الْعَوْذِيِّ عَنْ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي طَلْحَةَ عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ
خَطَّ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ خُطُوطًا فَقَالَ «هَذَا الْأَمَلُ وَهَذَا أَجْلُهُ» فَبَيْنَمَا هُوَ كَذَلِكَ إِذ جَاءَهُ الْخَطُّ الْأَقْرَبُ
Translation

✧ The Prophet ﷺ drew some lines and said: "This is hope, and this is his term." While he was like that, the nearest line came to him.
