عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ عَنْ بِشْرِ بْنِ الْمُفَضَّلِ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ وَعَنْ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ عِيسَى بْنِ يُونُسَ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ كِلَاهُمَا عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «جَارُ الدَّارِ أَحَقُّ بِدَارِ الْجَارِ»

The Prophet ﷺ said: A neighbour has the best claim to the house or land of the neighbour. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 3517)
