عَنْ قُتَيْبَةَ عَنْ غُنْدَرٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «أَيُّمَا امْرَأَةٍ زَوَّجَهَا وَلِيَّانِ فَهِي لِلْأَوَّلِ مِنْهُمَا وَمَنْ بَاعَ بَيْعًا مِنْ رَجُلَيْنِ فَهُوَ لِلْأَوَّلِ مِنْهُمَا»
