أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَنَسٍ
فِي قَوْلِهِ {§إِنَّا أَعْطَيْنَاكَ الْكَوْثَرَ} [الكوثر 1] أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ هُوَ نَهْرٌ فِي الْجَنَّةِ حَافَّتَاهُ قِبَابٌ مِنْ لُؤْلُؤٍ فَقُلْتُ يَا جِبْرِيلُ مَا هَذَا؟ قَالَ هُوَ الْكَوْثَرُ الَّذِي أَعْطَاكَهُ اللهُ تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى وَرُفِعَتْ لِي سِدْرَةُ الْمُنْتَهَى مُنْتَهَاهَا فِي السَّمَاءِ السَّابِعَةِ
Translation

✧ Regarding His saying: {Indeed, We have granted you al-Kawthar} [al-Kawthar: 1], that the Prophet ﷺ said: "It is a river in Paradise, its two banks are domes of pearl." So I said: O Jibrīl, what is this? He said: "It is al-Kawthar which Allah, Blessed and Exalted, has granted you." And the Lote Tree of the Utmost Boundary was raised for me, its end in the seventh heaven.
