أَخْبَرَنَا هَنَّادُ بْنُ السَّرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي الْأَحْوَصِ عَنْ فُرَاتٍ عَنْ أَبِي الطُّفَيْلِ عَنْ حُذَيْفَةَ بْنِ أَسِيدٍ قَالَ

كُنَّا نَتَحَدَّثُ فِي ظِلِّ غَرْفَةٍ لِرَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَذَكَرْنَا السَّاعَةَ فَارْتَفَعَتْ أَصْوَاتُنَا فَأَشْرَفَ عَلَيْنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مِنْ غُرْفَتِهِ فَقَالَ «عَمَّ يَتَسَاءَلُونَ؟» أَوْ «عَمَّ يَتَحَدَّثُونَ؟» قُلْنَا ذِكْرُ السَّاعَةِ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِنَّ السَّاعَةَ لَنْ تَكُونَ أَوْ لَنْ تَقُومَ حَتَّى يَكُونَ قَبْلَهَا عَشْرُ آيَاتٍ طُلُوعُ الشَّمْسِ مِنْ مَغْرِبِهَا وَخُرُوجُ الدَّابَّةِ وَخُرُوجُ يَأْجُوجَ وَمَأْجُوجَ وَالدَّجَّالُ وَعِيسَى ابْنُ مَرْيَمَ وَالدُّخَانُ وَثَلَاثَةُ خُسُوفٍ خَسْفٌ بِالْمَشْرِقِ وَخَسْفٌ بِالْمَغْرِبِ وَخَسْفٌ بِجَزِيرَةِ الْعَرَبِ وَآخِرُ ذَلِكَ نَارٌ تَخْرُجُ مِنْ قَعْرَةِ عَدَنٍ فَتَسُوقُ النَّاسَ إِلَى الْمَحْشَرِ

Translation

✧ We were conversing in the shade of a room belonging to the Messenger of God ﷺ, and we mentioned the Hour, and our voices rose. The Messenger of God ﷺ looked down upon us from his room and said, "What are you asking one another about?" or "What are you talking about?" We said, "Mention of the Hour." The Messenger of God ﷺ said, "The Hour will not occur, or will not come, until before it there are ten signs: the rising of the sun from its west, the emergence of the beast, the emergence of Gog and Magog, the Dajjal, Jesus son of Mary, the smoke, and three sinkings: a sinking in the east, a sinking in the west, and a sinking in the Arabian Peninsula. And the last of that is a fire that will emerge from the depths of Aden and drive people to the gathering place."
