أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَعْمَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ مَسْعَدَةَ عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ عَنْ قَيْسٍ عَنْ طَاوُسٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ كَانَ إِذَا قَامَ مِنَ اللَّيْلِ يُصَلِّي قَالَ «اللهُمَّ أَنْتَ قَيَّامُ السَّمَوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَلَكَ الْحَمْدُ أَنْتَ نُورُ السَّمَوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَلَكَ الْحَمْدُ أَنْتَ رَبُّ السَّمَوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَمَنْ فِيهِنَّ وَلَكَ الْحَمْدُ أَنْتَ الْحَقُّ وَقَوْلُكَ الْحَقُّ وَوَعْدُكَ الْحَقُّ وَلِقَاؤُكَ حَقٌّ وَالسَّاعَةُ حَقٌّ وَالنَّارُ حَقٌّ اللهُمَّ لَكَ أَسْلَمْتُ وَبِكَ آمَنْتُ وَإِلَيْكَ حَاكَمْتُ وَبِكَ خَاصَمْتُ وَإِلَيْكَ أَنَبْتُ فَاغْفِرْ لِي مَا قَدَّمْتُ وَأَخَّرْتُ وَمَا أَسْرَرْتُ وَمَا أَعْلَنْتُ أَنْتَ إِلَهِي لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ»

✧ When the Prophet ﷺ stood at night to pray, he would say: “O Allah, You are the Sustainer of the heavens and the earth, and to You belongs praise. You are the Light of the heavens and the earth, and to You belongs praise. You are the Lord of the heavens and the earth and whoever is in them, and to You belongs praise. You are the Truth, Your word is truth, Your promise is truth, meeting You is true, the Hour is true, and the Fire is true. O Allah, to You I have submitted, in You I have believed, to You I have turned for judgment, with You I have contended, and to You I have repented. So forgive me for what I have sent ahead and what I have delayed, what I have concealed and what I have declared. You are my God; there is no god but You.”
