أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ الْحَارِثِ حَدَّثَنَا مَحْبُوبُ بْنُ مُوسَى أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي سَالِمٌ عَنْ أَبِيهِ
أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ إِذَا رَفَعَ رَأْسَهُ مِنَ الرُّكُوعِ فِي الرَّكْعَةِ الْأَخِيرَةِ مِنَ الْفَجْرِ يَقُولُ اللهُمَّ الْعَنْ فُلَانًا وَفُلَانًا بَعْدَمَا يَقُولُ «سَمِعَ اللهُ لِمَنْ حَمِدَهُ رَبَّنَا وَلَكَ الْحَمْدُ» فَأَنْزَلَ اللهُ تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى {لَيْسَ لَكَ مِنَ الْأَمْرِ شَيْءٌ أَوْ يَتُوبَ عَلَيْهِمْ أَوْ يُعَذِّبَهُمْ فَإِنَّهُمْ ظَالِمُونَ} [آل عمران 128]

✧ He heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, when raising his head from bowing in the last rak'ah of Fajr, say: "O Allah, curse so-and-so and so-and-so," after saying "Allah hears the one who praises Him; our Lord, to You belongs praise." Then Allah, blessed and exalted is He, revealed: {Not for you is the decision, whether He turns to them or punishes them; for they are wrongdoers} [Al Imran: 128].
