أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ عُثْمَانَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَالِدٍ الْمَحْرِيُّ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُمَرَ اسْمُهُ عَنْ ثَابِتِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ الطَّائِيِّ عَنْ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ نُفَيْرٍ قَالَ
قَامَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ فَذَكَرَ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فَبَكَى ثُمَّ قَالَ إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَامَ فِي مَقَامِي هَذَا عَامَ أَوَّلَ فَقَالَ «أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ سَلُوا اللهَ الْعَافِيَةَ ثَلَاثًا فَإِنَّهُ لَمْ يُؤْتَ أَحَدٌ مِثْلَ الْعَافِيَةَ بَعْدَ يَقِينٍ»

✧ Abu Bakr stood up and mentioned the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and he wept. Then he said, 'The Messenger of Allah ﷺ stood in this place of mine last year and said, "O people, ask Allah for well-being," three times, "for no one has been given anything like well-being after certainty."'
