✧ The reward for whoever praises Allah one hundred times with praise and glorification and declaration of His greatness

أَخْبَرَنِي إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ خَلَفٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَاصِمُ ابْنُ بَهْدَلَةَ عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ عَنْ أُمِّ هَانِئٍ قَالَتْ
مَرَّ بِي رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ ذَاتَ يَوْمٍ فَقُلْتُ مُرْنِي بِعَمَلٍ أَعْمَلُهُ وَأَنَا جَالِسَةٌ قَالَ «سَبِّحِي اللهَ مِائَةَ تَسْبِيحَةٍ فَإِنَّهَا تَعْدِلُ مِائَةَ رَقَبَةٍ مِنْ وَلَدِ إِسْمَاعِيلَ وَاحْمِدِي اللهَ مِائَةَ تَحْمِيدَةٍ فَإِنَّهَا تَعْدِلُ أَيْ مِائَةَ فَرَسٍ مُسْرَجَةٍ مُلْجَمَةٍ تَحْمِلِينَ عَلَيْهَا فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ وَكَبِّرِي مِائَةَ تَكْبِيرَةٍ فَإِنَّهَا تَعْدِلُ مِائَةَ بَدَنَةٍ مُقَلَّدَةٍ مُتَقَبَّلَةٍ وَهَلِّلِي اللهَ مِائَةَ تَهْلِيلَةٍ» قَالَ أَبُو خَلَفٍ لَا أَحْسِبُهُ إِلَّا قَالَ «تَمْلَأُ مَا بَيْنَ السَّمَاءِ وَالْأَرْضِ»

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ passed by me one day, and I said: "Command me with an action I can do while I am sitting." He said: "Glorify Allah with one hundred tasbihs, for it is equivalent to freeing one hundred slaves from the descendants of Isma'il. Praise Allah with one hundred tahmids, for it is equivalent to one hundred saddled and bridled horses upon which you ride in the path of Allah. Declare His greatness with one hundred takbirs, for it is equivalent to one hundred garlanded, accepted camels. And declare His oneness with one hundred tahlils." Abu Khalaf said: "I do not think he said anything except: 'It fills what is between the heaven and the earth.'"
