أَخْبَرَنِي مَحْمُودُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ عَنْ مَرْوَانَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ سَلَامٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي أَخِي أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ جَدَّهِ أَبَا سَلَامٍ يَقُولُ أَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ فَرُّوخٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَتْنِي عَائِشَةُ
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «خُلِقَ ابْنُ آدَمَ عَلَى سِتِّينَ وَثَلَاثِ مِائَةِ مَفْصِلٍ فَمَنْ كَبَّرَ اللهَ وَحَمِدَ اللهَ وَهَلَّلَ اللهَ وَعَزَلَ حَجَرًا عَنْ طَرِيقِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ أَوْ عَزَلَ شَوْكَةً أَوْ عَزَلَ عَظْمًا أَوْ أَمَرَ بِمَعْرُوفٍ أَوْ نَهَى عَنْ مُنْكَرٍ عَدَدَ ذَلِكَ السِّتِّينَ والثَّلَاثِمِائَةِ السَّلَامِيِّ أَمْسَى يَوْمَئِذٍ وَقَدْ زَحْزَحَ نَفْسَهُ عَنِ النَّارِ»

✧ That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "The son of Adam was created with three hundred and sixty joints. Whoever magnifies Allah, praises Allah, declares Allah's oneness, removes a stone from the path of the Muslims, or removes a thorn or a bone, or enjoins good or forbids evil, to the number of those three hundred and sixty joints, will on that evening have distanced himself from the Fire."
