أَخْبَرَنِي أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْأَحْوَصُ يَعْنِي ابْنَ جَوَّابٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَمَّارُ بْنُ رُزَيْقٍ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنِ الْحَارِثِ وَأَبِي مَيْسَرَةَ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ
عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ عِنْدَ مَضْجَعِهِ «اللهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِوَجْهِكَ الْكَرِيمِ وَبِكَلِمَاتِكَ التَّامَّةِ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا أَنْتَ آخِذٌ بِنَاصِيَتِهِ اللهُمَّ أَنْتَ تَكْشِفُ الْمَغْرَمَ وَالْمَأْثَمِ اللهُمَّ لَا يُهْزَمُ جُنْدُكَ وَلَا يُخْلَفُ وَعْدُكَ وَلَا يَنْفَعُ ذَا الْجَدِّ مِنْكَ الْجَدُّ سُبْحَانَكَ وَبِحَمْدِكَ»

✧ From the Messenger of Allah ﷺ that at his resting place he used to say: "O Allah, I seek refuge in Your noble face and in Your perfect words from the evil of whatever You grasp by its forelock. O Allah, You remove debt and sin. O Allah, Your army is not defeated, Your promise is not broken, and the wealth of the wealthy does not avail them against You. Glory be to You and praise."
