أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ عَمْرٍو عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أُمَيَّةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ عَنِ الرَّبِيعِ بْنِ الْبَرَاءِ بْنِ عَازِبٍ قَالَ قَالَ الْبَرَاءُ بْنُ عَازِبٍ
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنْ تَكَلَّمَ بِهَؤُلَاءِ الْكَلِمَاتِ حِينَ يَأْخُذُ جَنْبَهُ مِنْ مَضْجَعِهِ بَعْدَ صَلَاةِ الْعِشَاءِ ثُمَّ مَاتَ فِي لَيْلَتِهِ دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ اللهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْلَمْتُ دِينِي إِلَيْكَ وَخَلَّيْتُ وَجْهِي إِلَيْكَ وَفَوَّضْتُ أَمْرِي إِلَيْكَ وَالْجَأْتُ ظَهْرِي إِلَيْكَ لَا مَنْجَى مِنْكَ إِلَّا إِلَيْكَ آمَنْتُ بِرَسُولِكَ الَّذِي أَرْسَلْتَ وَبِكِتَابِكَ الَّذِي أَنْزَلْتَ
Translation

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Whoever speaks these words when he lies down on his side after the Isha prayer and then dies that night, will enter Paradise: O Allah, I have submitted my religion to You, and I have turned my face to You, and I have entrusted my affair to You, and I have leaned my back upon You. There is no refuge from You except to You. I believe in Your Messenger whom You sent and in Your Book which You revealed.'
